I made Shepard Pie today. Someone made it for me after I had Camden & we fell in love with it. I love to freeze this one because I don't have to add a side or anything. It's loaded with a little of everything. I'm planning on making more freezer meals tomorrow. My kitchen is a disaster but it's so worth it! I praise my name on the days when these come in handy! I made a huge double batch of cookie dough today and rolled 130 cookies to freeze. Does that count for freezer cooking, er, I mean baking?
